We work exclusively with British international schools in Spain — because that’s where our expertise lies, and where we know we can make a difference. Our team has deep experience both in education and in the Spanish international school system, and that’s what allows us to offer tailored, informed guidance at every step.
We work closely with schools in a wide range of regions — from coastal cities and rural communities to larger international hubs. We don’t just send CVs; we match people. And because we know both sides of the story — what teachers need and what schools look for — we help create placements that last.
All international schools in Spain require British-trained teachers to hold QTS. It proves you're qualified to teach in the UK and helps ensure your credentials are recognised when applying for roles in international or British-curriculum schools.
A bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement for most positions in British-curriculum schools. It doesn’t always need to be in education, but it must relate to the subject or age group you intend to teach. We can help review if you're unsure what qualifies.
International schools require an up-to-date Enhanced DBS to ensure teachers meet safeguarding standards. If you don’t already have one, we’ll guide you through the process of applying for a new certificate or updating an existing one.
EU citizens can work freely in Spain. If you're not an EU national, you'll need the appropriate visa to work legally. We’ll explain what’s required for your situation and help make sure your documents are in place before schools begin their hiring process.
Once you’re in Spain, you’ll need a TIE or NIE number to handle legal, tax, and employment matters. It’s a standard part of settling in. We’ll provide simple, step-by-step guidance to help you complete this quickly and avoid common delays or confusion.

Supply Teacher
We welcome qualified teachers from the UK and other English-speaking countries. Applicants typically need a UK-recognised teaching qualification (such as QTS or PGCE). Some roles may also require prior classroom experience, especially for leadership positions.
We specialise in recruiting for British curriculum schools across Spain and other parts of Europe. Our partner schools follow the UK National Curriculum, and offer an international, English-speaking environment.
No. Our recruitment services are completely free for teachers. We are funded by the schools, so you can apply and be supported through the process at no cost to you.
Not at all. English is the language of instruction in British schools. While speaking Spanish can enhance your daily life outside school, it is not a requirement for the job.
We guide you through every step—from CV review and interview prep to contract advice and relocation support. Our goal is to make your move abroad as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Teaching in Spain offers a fantastic work-life balance, a warm climate, rich culture, and the chance to gain international teaching experience while still delivering a British-style education.
