How we handle your data at HCH International.
Data controller
HCH International is the controller of the data you provide when creating your teacher profile or applying to a vacancy.
Data we process
Identification and contact details, professional data (qualifications, experience, languages), search preferences and the documents you upload, such as your CV or profile photo.
Purpose
We use your data to present you to international schools, manage your applications and suggest relevant opportunities. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Legal basis
The consent you give when registering, recorded with a timestamp, and our legitimate interest in managing the selection process.
Retention
We keep your profile while it remains active. After 22 months of inactivity we send you a reminder and after 24 months we archive your profile automatically.
Document security
Your CV and photo are held in private storage and accessed only through temporary signed links, by you and the HCH team.
Your rights
You can access, correct, object to and request the deletion of your data from Settings, or by writing to us directly.
